Message	to my advantage. But mine was a wreckless driving ticket. The biggest draw back in any case imo is the prosector and the judge. If either wakes up on the wrong side of bed your screwed. In your case i would just get a court appointed lawyer. Pictures nor video usually in most cases iv seen cannot be used as evidence. Photoshop editing proving the pic was really taken at that location you get the point. Young cops are def the biggest fags out there. New to the field they treat everyone like shit using there power to there advantage then laughing at it all when they get home. Just get a court appointed lawyer wait till the day of your case if the prosecutor and judge are hitting everyone with the book ask for a continuance. Next time around have your lawyer if you get one to ask the prosecutor what you should plea. This is what iv seen work most of the time but it really is luck and how you represent yourself. Your case was one of those i was at the wrong place at the wrong time that is if what you say is true. Well hope some of this info helps ya and wish you best of luck on your case.
